Once your order is processed and shipped, you can track its journey to you. Here’s how:

Find Your Tracking Information: After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from Evamyoga. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you created an account, you can also find this information in the "My Orders" section on our website.

Use the Tracking Number: Copy the tracking number from your email or account page.

Track on the Carrier’s Website: Paste the tracking number into the tracking tool on the carrier’s website (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc., depending on who is delivering your order). This will give you the most detailed and up-to-date information on your package’s location.

Order tracking provides a detailed view of your package’s journey:

Shipping Carrier & Tracking Number: The company delivering your package and its unique ID.

Real-Time Status Updates: Key milestones like order processing, shipped, in transit, and delivered.

Location Scans: See when your package reaches distribution centers or clears customs (for international orders).

Estimated Delivery Date: Many carriers provide an estimated delivery window.

🌍 Important Notes for International Orders
If you’re shipping internationally, the process may involve extra steps:

Your package is first shipped by Evamyoga via an international carrier (such as Landmark Global, Asendia, etc.). You can initially track it on their website.

Once the package arrives in your country, it is handed off to your local postal service (e.g., Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post) or a local courier (e.g., DHL Express).

For the final leg of the journey, you must use the same tracking number on your local postal service’s website for the most accurate and detailed domestic delivery information. The original international tracker may not show final local delivery steps.

Didn’t receive a tracking email?
Please check your spam folder. If it’s been more than two business days since your order confirmation, contact us at evamyoga@outlook.com.

Tracking seems stuck?
Sometimes there can be delays of several hours or even a day between scans, especially over weekends or during busy periods. If there’s no update for multiple days, check the tracking number directly on the carrier’s website first. If the issue persists, contact Sef Reborn support for assistance.

International delivery delay?
International shipping may involve customs clearance, which can sometimes cause delays. Tracking information should indicate if the package is being held by customs.
